Today’s Technology - was previously Computer Users: The total change of name is a declaration that it’s about more than sitting down in front of a computer. We all use computers but often that computer is hidden away in our phones, TVs, cars, washing machines, watches, etc. We all use them and none of us fully understands them. With time to field questions and share our answers, together with the chance to directly examine the technology in question, we hope to add just a bit to our understanding of Today’s Technology.

We will be sharing our knowledge and showing directly how every one of us can improve our understanding and keep our heads above the sea of techno-babble. After break at each meeting, we will be open to any questions about the problems we face with technology. If no one has an immediate answer then we will work out an answer for a future meeting, perhaps as a full topic. Entry £2 towards cost of room hire and refreshments.
