Each year those of us researching our families need to check that we are working on the right lines. This is especially important to those new to family history research. Getting it right early means avoiding mistakes that can be expense in both time and money.
September’s meetings are all about getting it right, avoiding wasted duplications, and knowing when to start on the next step in your research. ‘Research Basics’ is for all family historians but would be exactly the right starting point for those considering taking up their own research.
Those who have been at the afternoon presentation and those who cannot be there, are also invited to join us in a relaxed discussion of the subject on-line from 7pm.
